The Great 4-H Alumni Search The Great 4-H Alumni Search is on! From High Point to Cape May and Salem to Hackensack, we are looking for all 4-H alumni who grew up in New Jersey or who currently live in New Jersey. Our goal is to find 20,000 4-H alumni by the end of the year. Help us reach our goal by telling us about yourself. Use either of the forms below. The printable form can be completed and mailed to the State 4-H Office or you can enter information on-line. Complete the information and then tell a 4-H friend or family member.
