State Teen Action CouncilThe State 4-H Teen Action Council (STAC) is an opportunity for 4-H members around the state in grades 8-13 to serve at a state level, providing advice and input to the 4-H youth development department. As a group, they participate at state events including:
STAC takes part in the election process of both the North and South Jersey Teen Representatives who gather input from teens from their region and relay it to the State 4-H Volunteer Association and the 4-H department. In addition, STAC teens are involved in Conflict Resolution training and serve as a state peer review team for any conflicts that may arise at a state or national event.
